Puff pastry with coconut and guava


1 packet of puff pastry

0.5 dl coconut Original Flavor 

1 egg yolk

1 tablespoon of water

About 1 dl guava marmalade or other solid marmalade 

Icing sugar


How to do it:

Sprinkle over some icing sugare over the puff pastry and chop it into a rectangle. Crush the coconut chips into smaller pieces and divide the marmalade into stripes.

Imagine puff pastry divided into three equal parts.

Sprinkle coconut chips on the middel part and chop them into the dough and put the half of the marmalade on top. Fold the left third over the middle you just worked on. Add the rest of the coconut chips and marmalade. Fold the remaining third over the others. Press easily so that all layers goes together. 

Put the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.

Blend the egg yolk with water and brush it over the dough. Bake for about 20 minutes.
