Cocoa and coconut pancakes with whipped coconut cream
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 dl flour
1.5 dl of milk
1 dl coconut chips Original Flavor
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch of salt
Coconut oil for frying
How to do it:
Start by placing the coconut cream in the fridge, suggested the night before.
Blend the milk with coconut chips and mix smoothly.
Blend the eggs, cocoa and flour and whip in the mixed milk and coconut mix into a smooth batter.
Flavour with sugar and salt.
Fry the pancakes with coconut oil.
Whip the coconut cream until it thickens (flavour with vanilla if you want)
